Hooked on ugly betty

This award-winning comedy-drama series is an
adaptation of the colombian telenovela betty la fea.
It stars America Ferrera as Betty Suarez & Eric
Mabius as the hottie boss, Daniel Mead. Betty is a
naive, good natured girl who has a killer job in
ultra-chic Mode, a NY magazine.

I stumbled on it when i was looking for dvds & has
been hooked ever since. The two gay characters, Justin
& Marc also adds to a more interesting plot, which
steers it away from the usual monotonous tv.

So far ABC has aired 2 seasons & I have both dvds. Can't wait to find out who Betty ends up with. My guess is that she hooks up with Daniel at the end of the series. Just like in betty la fea.

At the rate the tv show is doing, should be a long wait.

Sigh.
